EXPECTED SHIPPING TIME
Domestic (within australia)
- Standard: 2 to 8 business days
- Express: 1 to 4 business days
International: 6 to 27 business days
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Delivery addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed.
After processing, you'll get an email with shipping details and tracking. Shipping times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays due to customs or other factors.
Domestic orders ship Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3 pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Customs and duty fees: Customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees once the order reaches its destination.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We highly encourage your base nails are measured accurately before placing an order.
Refund is not accepted for issues regarding to change of mind, or size running small.
If you’re in middle of two sizes, please select the bigger one.
For example: your nails base is in middle of medium and large, then large are recommended.
Damages and issues: if your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at nailiaofficialsyd@gmail.com.
To return an item, it must:
- Be in original condition and unused
- Include all kit items and packaging
- Have proof of purchase
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
